1. What This Policy Covers

This notice explains how Frontline Industries, Inc. (“Frontline,” “we”) collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use the Frontline Industries Client Portal (“Portal”).

2. Information We Collect

3. Why We Use It

• Run the Portal and show job data
• Keep the system secure and fix problems
• Reply to your support or proposal requests
• Improve Portal features (using aggregated, non-identifying stats)

4. Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only:
• With trusted service providers who help us host, email, or secure the Portal (they must keep it confidential)
• When the law requires it or to protect people and property
• If our business is transferred (you will be notified first)

5. How Long We Keep It

• Account info: While your account is active, then up to 3 years for records
• Usage logs: Up to 12 months
• Uploaded files for proposals/support: Indefinitely unless users request in writing to delete

Note: We may keep anonymized data longer for statistics.

6. Your Choices & Rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to certain uses. Email support@frontlineindustries.com and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, encrypted passwords, and limited staff access to guard your data. No system is perfect, but we work to prevent unauthorized access.

8. Cookies

We use small “session” cookies so you stay logged in and to remember simple settings. You can block cookies in your browser, but the Portal may not work correctly without them.

9. Changes

We may update this Policy. We’ll post any major changes on the Portal login page or email registered users. Continued use means you accept the new Policy.
