Frontline Industries Client Portal – Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance
By checking “I Agree” or using the Frontline Industries Client Portal (“Portal”), you enter a binding agreement with Frontline Industries, Inc. (“Frontline,” “we,” “our,” “us”) and accept these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).
2. Eligibility & Account Verification
• You must be at least 18 years of age and an authorized employee, officer, or agent of a Frontline customer.
• During sign-up you’ll enter your company name. Access begins only after we verify and approve that company match and portal access.
• Each account is locked to one verified company that employs the Portal User. Sharing credentials or creating multiple accounts to view another company’s data is prohibited.
• By registering for and accessing this Portal, the User confirms their current and active employment with the Company identified during the sign-up process.
3. Portal Services
The Portal lets you view job status, download documents (e.g., inspection reports, work orders, quotes), and submit support or proposal requests. All Portal information is provided for convenience only; the controlling documents remain the official quotes, work orders, invoices, or written agreements you receive directly from Frontline.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
1. Upload viruses, unlawful content, or materials you don’t have a right to share.
2. Scrape, mine, or attempt to access records outside your verified company.
3. Interfere with or degrade the Portal.
4. Abuse file-upload or support forms (file-size limit: 25 MB per submission).
5. Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify support@frontlineindustries.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and trademarks on the Portal belong to Frontline or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Portal for your company’s internal business purposes.
7. Disclaimers
THE PORTAL AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” FRONTLINE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. USE THE PORTAL AT YOUR OWN RISK.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Frontline’s total liability arising from or related to the Portal will not exceed US $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption).
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Frontline and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims or damages arising out of your Portal use or breach of these Terms.
10. Termination
Frontline may suspend or terminate your access at any time to protect the Portal, comply with law, or address violations of these Terms. You may request account deletion by emailing support@frontlineindustries.com.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted on the Portal login page or emailed to registered users. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Essex County, New Jersey.
